this noon, i decided to stay under my thick blanket as long as i can when a good friend texted me that it was snowing outside. excitingly, i looked out of my window and indeed it was pouring snow. despite of the ever freezing temperature and breezing wind, i did not hesitate to open my window to take a sample of a snowflake. this is my first time to see one! i lived in a tropical hot country and ever since i got here in northern china, i've been wanting to experience snow. i finally saw a snowflake! however, i can't take a picture from it because it melts right away as soon as it hits to anything. one snowflake landed on a strand of my hair and i couldn't even count a second as it disappears. can anybody tell me how to catch a snowflake without getting it to melt? i would appreciate it very much. it is so cool! i wonder what God was thinking when he designed and created the snowflakes. the fine lines of thin, soft ice are so amazing as it is very detailed from the middle to the tip of the snowflake. and i even saw different patterns of it! it's really, really, really, really awesome!!! here are some of snowflake patterns that i searched in the internet and i think i saw the 3rd, 4th and 7th patterns right before they melted.
